           The Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005) has been legislated by the Parliament and has come into power from 15 June, 2005 with an objective is to authorize the Indian citizens to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the Government authority. All Universities and Colleges established by rules and regulations made by Parliament or by State Government.
